What is included in our service:

• A thorough safety inspection of your appliance, which includes carbon monoxide testing
• 25 point inspection and testing of key boiler components
• Visual inspection for signs of wear and tear, leaks and corrosion
• Flue inspection for any build-up and blockages internally or externally
• The repair of minor problems found during the service (dependent on severity, work required or parts required)

Why should I have my gas appliances serviced once a year?

It is very important to have you gas/oil appliances serviced once a year to ensure they are operating in a safe and efficient manner. Having your gas or oil boiler serviced yearly will extend the life of the boiler and will also save money on the heating bill.

For landlords it is important to get the boiler serviced annually and we will provide the correct certificates for the work that is done by our RGI registered engineers.
